Chicks n Hens is a ONE PERSON small business based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. You will work directly and solely with the artist.
 
☆ HOW ARE ILLUSTRATIONS CREATED? ☆
All of my custom illustrations are created based off of submitted design details + photos of the people, pets, and locations the clients provide. I create each illustration from sketch to final print in my art studio in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
 
☆ THIS LISTING ☆
This is a design fee for a custom family portrait. Your design will be a new, custom design! This listing is a design fee and digital files for your custom portrait. You will receive a digital sample via email. You will have an opportunity to request (limited) design revisions. After your design is approved you will receive the high resolution digital files via email.
 
☆ DELIVERY ☆
This is a digital delivery, no prints will be shipped to you. You will receive the high resolution files to keep and print on your own.
 
☆ CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDES ☆
(1) High Res File
- You choose how many custom figures for your family. One person or one pet is considered 1 custom figure.
- for people your choice of hairstyle, clothing, etc.
- accessories are limited to hair accessories, glasses, and jewelry 
- your choice on a solid color or white for the background
- optional family name across bottom 
Please keep in mind your illustration will be created in my style (similar to those images shown). Custom portraits are meant to be an artistic representation.

*Remember, this is a digital file, no prints or frames included.
 
☆ UPON PURCHASING ☆
Please email photos (or several) of the people and pets you would like illustrated to Liz at orders@chicksnhens.com along with the following:
- clothing and hair requests for design
 
☆ TIMING ☆
You will receive a sample via email of your avatar roughly 2-3 weeks after purchase. 
Depending on the quantity and complexity of revisions requested, the revisions phase can take anywhere from a day-2 weeks. 
Once approved the final high resolution digital files with watermark removed will be sent within 24 hours of approval (M-Thur), and on Monday for approvals made on Friday-Sunday.
